Delivery conditions

Compack S.L. reserves the right to send the orders by the most suitable means of transport at any time according to its criteria.

Transport

For the Peninsula and Balearic Islands, shipping costs will be free for orders of 400€ or more. For orders under 400€, the shipping costs will be 15€. 

For the rest of destinations, the costs are billed to the buyer on a postage due basis and these will depend on the size/weight of the package.

Delivery dates

Unless out of stock, orders that are in stock and are not customized will be shipped immediately. For customized orders the approximate delivery time is 15 to 20 working days. This period is indicative and is subject to the availability of stock and/or manufacturing possibilities. You can consult us by e-mail or telephone and we will indicate the delivery time of your order. 

If you want that we send your order by a specific transport agency, please notify us by e-mail or telephone and we will attend to your particular case.

The delivery times indicated are only for guidance and Compack S.L. will endeavour to respect them; however, as this is a service offered by third parties, any delay does not imply cancellation of the order either any other compensation.

Returns

The products sold on the website www.compack.es that have not been personalised or made to measure, can be returned within ten (10) days following receipt of the order, after notifying Compack S.L., provided that they are in perfect condition and are returned in their original packaging, carriage paid; after this period we cannot accept returns.

In case that the product has been opened and the customer detects a manufacturing defect or preparation error in the shipment (and only in these cases), Compack S.L. may authorise the return by e-mail, with a copy of this authorisation document attached to the shipment.

Once the material is received in our warehouse and reviewed by our staff, the payment will be made, if applicable, being discounted from a next purchase.
